When I arrived to this old mill in Bretagne which I wanted to paint, the water was not there yet, so I had to imagine it. During the day the water filled the lake so much, that I had to shift my position. It was fun to overcome these painting obstacles and made me think of Claude Monet and Vincent van Gogh, who used to paint to a high extent outside facing such problems as well, and managing it anyway ;).
